Once you apply for the coupon, you can start looking for the digital antenna or building one.

To build your own, follow this site, http://uhfhdtvantenna.blogspot.com/ , and you can build your own bowtie UHF antenna. I will try to build one and post the result as time allow.

Well, it is possible for having a very cheap phone bill now a day as long as you have broadband connection at home. Assume that you have broadband not from the phone company. Here is one way that I save my phone bill:
1. I have broadband connection through cable company or through the powerline (some area has this available through their utility power company and some don’t have it yet) or broadband wireless company.
2. Sign up for VOIP services: skype, vonvage, or search on google.com for voip servcies. This is what I get when I search for “VOIP services”:

and you can see that there are site that give you a conparation of most popular voip services. I signed up Skype three months ago and cost me only $40/year for unlimitied national calls. And I picked a number that I want in any area. Yea what a deal.
